The Hanna Havoc skated to a thrilling 4-3 win over the OLCN Scouts on Saturday night at the Onion Lake MemorialCommuniplex. Despite being outshot by the Scouts 44-37, the Havoc managed to hold onto their lead and secure a crucial victory.

The Havoc’s powerplay unit struggled throughout the game, failing to convert on any of their five opportunities. However, their penalty-killing unit stepped up, allowing only one goal on four Scouts’ powerplays.

In the Havoc net, Jayden Montanez was a brick wall, turning away 41 of the 44 shots he faced. His performance was instrumental in the Havoc’s win, making several key saves to keep his team in the lead. On the other end, Brayden Dillon of the Scouts had a solid game as well, making 33 saves on 37 shots.

Carter Andrews of the Havoc was a key playmaker, providing two assists to help his team edge the Scouts. Kysin Bear from the Scouts also had an impressive game, contributing two assists for his team.

The Havoc will look to build on this momentum as they prepare for their next game. They will face off against the OLCN Scouts once again, this time on home ice at the Hanna Agri-Sports Complex, on Saturday, October 3, at 8:00 pm. Fans can expect another exciting game as these two teams continue to battle it out on the ice.
